We’re James, Jess, and Chris — a family business built on trust, experience and a shared belief that property should be accessible, empowering, and profitable for everyday people.

Chris and Jess are husband and wife, and they bought their first rental property over 10  years ago.

James is Chris’s brother (and Jess’s brother-in-law), and he has spent over 5  years working for some of the biggest companies in the property game, advising clients on buy-to-lets, market trends and long-term investment strategies. He has helped hundreds of clients purchase tens of millions of pounds worth of property in a way that is as hands-off as possible. 

And like so many investors starting out, our journey wasn’t perfect.

Where It Started: The Honest Truth

Our first ever buy-to-let wasn’t a dream start. It was mismanaged, we didn’t get the right advice, and we quickly realised how easy it is to make mistakes when you don’t know what you don’t know.

But instead of walking away, we did what most people don’t:
